Registration for ICYMARE 2025 BREMERHAVEN is open!
ICYMARE 2025 BREMERHAVEN will take place from September 8 to 12, 2025 at the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven, Germany.
REGISTRATION
To join the conference – whether as a presenter, listener, session / workshop host, or volunteer – registration is mandatory for everyone via our MyICYMARE conference tool. If you are presenting a talk or poster, please register promptly after receiving your acceptance notification to secure your spot in the program and watch out for any relevant deadlines.
Once registered, please familiarize yourself with MyICYMARE. This is where the program will be published and where you can access your personal certificates and billing information. You will also find your personal ICYMARE 2025 BREMERHAVEN QR code here – please make sure it is easily accessible every time you enter the venue.
ICYMARE is committed to making the conference as inclusive and accessible as possible. As part of this effort, participation will be possible for a nominal fee for the entire conference. Our goal is to ensure that everyone – regardless of financial background – has the opportunity to join the ICYMARE community.
CONFERENCE FEES
The conference fees for ICYMARE 2025 BREMERHAVEN are:
- Full Price (currently enrolled in a PhD program or early-career researcher): 50€
- Students (Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program): 30€
If you are already a member – or would like to become one now – of the Naturwissenschaftlicher Verein zu Bremen (“NWV”), a 10€ discount will be applied to the respective fee tier:
- Full Price + NWV member: 40€
- BSc / MSc student + NWV member: 20€
Please make sure to bring a valid student ID or NWV membership card to show to our registration team on your first day of attendance. Please also note that no further discounts are available and that day passes will not be offered.
PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Conference fees can be paid by credit card or PayPal. Registration is binding and refunds are not available as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
