Registration for ICYMARE 2026 BREMEN is open!

REGISTRATION

Everyone joining the conference must register through the MyICYMARE conference tool, whether you are attending as a presenter, listener, session or workshop host, or volunteer. If you are presenting a talk or poster, please register until June 30, 2026 after receiving your acceptance to secure your spot in the program.

Once you are registered, please take a moment to get familiar with MyICYMARE. This is where the conference program will be published and where you can access your certificates and billing information. You will also find your personal ICYMARE 2026 BREMEN QR code there, which you need daily to access the conference venue.

We want ICYMARE to be as accessible as possible. To help keep the conference open to students and early-career researchers from different backgrounds, participation is offered at a nominal fee for the full conference.

CONFERENCE FEES

The conference fees for ICYMARE 2026 BREMEN are:

• Full price (currently enrolled in a PhD program or early-career researcher): €60
• Students (currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program): €40
• Members of the Naturwissenschaftlicher Verein zu Bremen receive a €10 discount on the respective fee.

Please bring a valid student ID and / or NWV membership card on your first day at the conference. No additional discounts are available, and day passes will not be offered.

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

Conference fees can be paid by credit card or PayPal. Registration is binding, and refunds are not available, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at moc.e1786532184ramyc1786532184i@tro1786532184ppus1786532184 and include your full name so we can look into it.
